UCF’s 2025 Accountability Plan was approved by the Florida Board of Governors on June 18, 2025. The plan outlines key strategic goals and includes updated Performance Based Funding and Preeminence metrics that reflect UCF’s continued commitment to student success, research excellence, and statewide impact.
Highlights include improvements in graduation rates, research expenditures, post-doctoral appointees and endowment size. The plan also emphasizes expanded student success initiatives and overall efficiency.
