AIP offers a self-paced online training courses in the areas below. To sign up for any of the Workday courses, follow the instructions in the Workday Learning Job Aid.
Data Literacy & Data Governance
- Introduction to Data Literacy – includes the benefits of data literacy, how data literacy relates to data governance, external and UCF data literacy resources.
- Introduction to Data Governance at UCF – a high level overview of the overall structure of the Data Governance program and council at UCF including roles and responsibilities, collaborative efforts, and initial use case review.
Interactive Dashboards
- Tableau Tutorial – learn about dashboard navigation, filtering, chart views, tooltips, reference guides, and sharing and download options.
Pegasus Mine Portal and RDS
- Pegasus Mine Portal – learn about PMP navigation and best practices for using the tool. This course is suggested for new PMP users.
- RDS – learn about RDS navigation and best practices for using the tool. This course is required for all new RDS users.
