00:53: are often found on the left side.
00:56: You’ll find the last updated date usually displayed at the bottom of the page.
01:00: Clicking on the Reference Guide icon will give you information about the dashboard, including
01:04: its purpose, update cycle, and important terms used. Definitions
01:08: of terms used in the dashboard help clarify the data and metrics presented.
01:13: For filtering, there are single select and multi-select options.
01:17: The time period filter shown here is a single select filter,
01:19: allowing you to view only one selection at a time.
01:24: Whereas the multi-select filter allows you to choose multiple options simultaneously. This filter will allow you to view all, some, or only one college at a time.
01:34: Click on the clear filter icon to restore the filter to the default selections.
01:40: Some dashboards include both a chart view and table view for different data perspectives.
01:45: The table view may contain additional data like counts and percentages
01:50: Hovering over the chart will display more information about specific data points in the tooltip window. You can see in this example: the year, term, and course level are displayed.
02:00: Clicking on an area within the chart will also highlight the corresponding row in
02:04: the table view
02:06: Next, we will look at another tab in the dashboard.
02:08: Click on the sdh and FTE.
02:10: By course, College slash Department table.
02:13: Here you will see that some tables also have their own additional filters.
02:16: You can use the college filter to narrow down the data displayed in both the table and
02:21: chart.
02:22: Find other useful actions in the lower right corner of the dashboard.
02:26: There you’ll see the share button, which will give you a link to share the dashboard with others.
02:32: Full screen mode will maximize your dashboard view.
02:37: Click here to exit full screen and return to the standard dashboard view.
02:42: Choose the Format Download button to download the dashboard as an image, a PDF or a PowerPoint.
02:48: Click the single arrow to undo your last action.
